Speech therapy treatments are covered by health insurance up to the age of 18. Remedial Teaching, however, is not reimbursed. More information can be found below.

Reimbursement of speech therapy by basic health insurance

LogoTeaching has contracts with all health insurers. The basic insurance fully covers speech therapy for children up to 18 years of age. You therefore do not need supplementary insurance. From the age of 18, speech therapy first falls under your own risk. This means that the first costs of care are for your own account. Once you have reached the closed amount for the deductible, the care will be reimbursed.

Since speech therapy is customised and depends on how much time a client needs to achieve treatment goals, it is tremendously difficult to say when a spot will become available.

When you fill in the application form, we will note your details in our waiting list without obligation and contact you to let you know that the details have reached us correctly.
